I don’t even remember where I ran across this last night, but here it is; enjoy!

Ya got me, Ali.
I have a fondness for carbonara but my attempts to make it have been less than successful and you just can’t get it in a restaurant in this town. Maybe I should make the rounds of local restaurants again, see if there’s some to be had…
But now I have this book on order so I can try, again, to make my own.

😋 I know you can do it! Rachael Ray is another good source, but I’ll look forward to hearing how your carbonara turned out after you get this book!😋

My next go to would be to revisit Trae making Carbonara. I’ll definitely go with bacon though instead of the fancy Italian stuff. I can get bacon here.
