    I have a fondness for carbonara but my attempts to make it have been less than successful and you just can’t get it in a restaurant in this town. Maybe I should make the rounds of local restaurants again, see if there’s some to be had…

    But now I have this book on order so I can try, again, to make my own.

      1. My next go to would be to revisit Trae making Carbonara. I’ll definitely go with bacon though instead of the fancy Italian stuff. I can get bacon here.
