(As usual) I didn’t watch the entire video … but what I did see is how DeSantis meanders through his “defense” of what Florida is doing. And also how he “yes, buts” several times. And also how he sneaks in the fact that they have “sites set up” — which probably means that he doesn’t want to admit that Florida spent money on something that, in essence, had no value.
IOW, his entire speech was excuses.

Hello Nan. Yes you are correct. Also one of DeathSantis biggest backers has a huge stake in the Monoclonal antibody (mAb) therapy and is making a huge profit in charging the government for everyone that gets treated. One reason DeathSantis is against the vaccines for the commoners even though he and his elite friends have taken them is that his donors make a killing off of sick people needing the treatments. DeathSantis even set up walk in treatment centers in old store fronts with nearly medical staff to give the treatments. It was a cash cow. Florida was using nearly 70% of the nations supply. That is what Biden cut off, because only one form of it worked against Omicron and that not very well, and cost the government a ton of money when the vaccine was ready and did not cost the government nearly as much. So what this really is about is money. DeathSantis was costing the government / taxpayer a huge amount of money for treatments that wouldn’t be needed if the people took the vaccine and were making his donors a lot of money. But lets not spoil the idea he is defending freedom and fighting government oppression by the Democrats. .
