How Hard Candy Is Made | WIRED

Some times I just need to clear my mind from all the bad news.   So I click on a science video or a different kind of video.   I happened to see this on and what was amazing to me these people still do this mostly by hand, labor intensive giving credit to the way it was done in centuries past.   No machine automation forget the people and just produce product for profit.   Plus the people working the candy really seem to like doing it and working with each other.   Enjoy and oh the CC is really good.   I watched it with it on and it tracked great.    Hugs
