  1. Hi. Brain drain was the reason many authoritarian countries tried to prevent people from leaving their countries. Remember the famous “Iron Curtain”? The US used to be the country with the most innovation in science and practical uses. Think all that NASA has done for the private sector with all the research and development that produced so many products we use today. The US government paid for the most cutting edge developments in pharmaceuticals and medical science in the large universities that benefited the entire world. But now that tRump and the racists are defunding higher education and science because they are trying to become a white Christian ethnostate requiring the removal of all support for inclusion of DEIA / LGBTQ+ / brown / black people, the brain drain is happening to the US as these school programs are shut down. The same is happening at NASA as the US government slashes the funding for it. When will tRump make an executive order preventing white US smart people from leaving the country. Hugs
