How are your workouts coming? Are you being patient?
Slow and steady, that’s what the Oldtimers tell me, slow and steady …

You mean Scottie, right? I’ve been interested in that, too. I was thinking of him the other day while doing pushups. Saturdays and Sundays are my rest days for strength work.
I need to learn to develop my patience “muscles,” though! At my age, I oughta have that, but I’m almost as impatient as I was 50 years ago!😊🌞

Oh, I meant everyone who’s trying to take care of themselves in these troubled times. I’ll admit I’ve been slacking for a couple weeks, though I don’t really need to hit it as hard as I do. That whole obsessive personality thing, I think. I’ll also admit I’m not handling what’s going down well, it’s dragging stuff out of the closet been there fifty years and that’s where I wanted it to stay
Maybe I need to find a meeting …

I get all that. It hasn’t been a very positive few weeks for many, I don’t think. I visit your blog; some entries seem as if they’re not my thing to weigh in on, so I keep reading.
There’s a new moon tomorrow night at 10:07 (or so!) Those tend to suck energy from me, but for a couple of days, not a full week. The batterer-in-chief has poor effects on all decent people, moon phase regardless.
You keep taking care of you-you know what to do for you! And we’ll all do the same. Don’t hesitate to reach out here if you wish.
