    1. Hi Michael. I did the same. Such simple happy joy. It took like the third viewing to realize it was a fire station so maybe this was the station mascot. But such joy in just sliding reminded me of being a kid and sliding down hills with my friends. But the dog did not have to lug his sled back to the top of the hill. Hugs

    1. Hi Ali. I don’t know much about dogs, except every one I have had the pleasure of having in my life loved to play. We once had a greyhound who would love to grab my hat from my head, then play keep away. She would race around the yard with it, dancing right up to me, stopping, and when I reached out for it, she would race away again. It was a fun game we played. At night she would sneak up on my pillow and lay her head against mine. What was weird this was before I told Ron of my abuse and he couldn’t enter the bedroom without me violently awaking, if he turned over in bed I nearly jumped out, but that greyhound could crawl up in the bed and lay down sharing my pillow and I wouldn’t awake up. Often I would wake to see her beautiful brown eyes looking at me as she nudged my cheek and we both went back to sleep. Now I think she was doing what our small cat does. Ron says he will often get on the pillow next to me at night and I will wake up with him nudging me. I think they know when a nightmare is starting and are / were trying to help me stop them. I could be wrong but I have no other way to say why the furry friends in our life have all done that, laid on my pillows, next to me, or on my head only to occasionally do what they can to wake me. Hugs
