What I love about this one is that he talks about it is not his job and he doesn’t have the right to force or demand you to live his life, his ways. Nor do you have the right o demand or force it the other way on him. He says it is not his job to make you the same religion he is. He says it is his job to show you the love of Christ in the gospels and if you decide it is not for you or you want a different church he is very fine with it. He is not charged by his god to make you be the same religion / faith or join his church. His job is to live god’s love, and by example show you that love. He says if your faith says don’t do something, then you shouldn’t do it. But only those who also believe like you, everyone else is free to do it. Some short videos about trans kids and the harrasment and troubles they face. Anti-trans laws / hater parents do not help
Due to not feeling well and the number of videos, even though they are short so are in foreign languages so I had to use the CC for those, so it took almost a week and a half to watch these and post them. So I did not include because it caused me to trigger, like the ones where parents beat their gender nonconforming children, to make them be the gender they were assigned at birth. That is like trying to beat the gay out of a kid, you can scare them into hiding it but you can’t make it go way or change it. I simply wanted to give those that don’t understand trans kids or trans people a way to see what it is these people are dealing with. Maybe it will change some people from being haters to being trans supporters. It only take a few people to believe in a LGBTQIA persons worth to make a huge difference in their lives, maybe even save a life. I hope people will take their time and watch the videos as I did, a few at a time over how ever long you wish. If you watch only one, please watch the first one where a trans hater learns that the trans neighbor she like was trans, and well she learned and grew. Hugs. Scottie

Why US elections only give you two choices
And it’s not that those things aren’t true. But there’s a much simpler explanation, and it’s the very basic rule governing almost every single one of our elections: Only one person can win. If you’re American, that probably sounds utterly reasonable: what the hell other kinds of elections even are there? But the answer is: lots. Winner-take-all elections (also called plurality voting, or “first past the post”) are actually a practice that most advanced democracies left behind long ago — and they’re what keep us from having more political options.
Even if you’re not sold on the need for more parties in the US, though, scratch the surface of “only one person can win” a little and you start to see how it actually produces perverse results within the two-party system as well. It’s a big part of why the political parties have moved farther apart from each other, and it leaves about half of the country without any political representation at all. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) lashed out at a British reporter on Tuesday night who asked her about Jewish space lasers, telling the broadcaster to “fuck off.”
MTG was approached by former BBC journalist Emily Maitlis at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida on Super Tuesday. What started out as a fairly amicable exchange rapidly went off the rails when Greene was asked about conspiracy theorists among the former president’s supporters—and Greene’s own history of truly unhinged speculations.
Maitlis—the journalist who conducted the infamous 2019 interview with Prince Andrew about his ties with Jeffrey Epstein—began by asking Greene about what message Nikki Haley should take from her latest round of primary defeats. “Well, we’ve been encouraging her to drop out and support President Trump and I think tonight is the clear message that President Trump is the clear frontrunner, he’s the winner in our Republican primary, and it’s time for Nikki Haley to drop out and support him,” Greene replied.
Maitlis also asked Greene if she thought she herself should be on Trump’s list of potential running mates. “No, I don’t think Nikki Haley should be on the list,” Greene answered, apparently mishearing the question. Asked if she would like to be in contention for Trump’s vice president herself, Greene replied: “He’s got a long list—I support President Trump in any way, any way he’d ask me. But I can assure you it won’t be Nikki Haley.”
The cordial interview then took a turn. “Can you tell me why so many people that support Donald Trump love conspiracy theories, including yourself? He seems to attract lots of conspiracy theorists.”
“Well, let me tell you, you’re a conspiracy theorist,” Greene replied, pointing at Maitlis. “And the left and the media spreads more conspiracy theories. We like the truth, we like supporting our Constitution, our freedoms, and America First.”
As the MAGA lawmaker attempted to walk away, Maitlis asked: “What about Jewish space lasers? Tell us about Jewish space lasers.”
The question related to a 2018 Facebook post in which Greene suggested there were “too many coincidences to ignore” around the devastating Camp Fire in California, claiming that people reported seeing “what looked like lasers or blue beams of light causing the fires” and that an executive of “Rothschild Inc, international investment banking firm” could be involved. After speculating in the post that “space solar generators” could be behind the wildfires, Greene later dismissed her crackpot theory as having been a “sarcastic social media post.”
“Why don’t you go talk about Jewish space lasers,” Greene replied to Maitlis. “And really, why don’t you fuck off? How about that?”
“Thanks, thank you very much,” the British broadcaster replied.

republicans are racist and culture warriors, white supremacist, so they don’t see that the nation needs immigrant workers, skilled and non-skilled. They don’t seem to understand just how large this country is. They think the entire country is just the town or city they live in. We do not have enough workers to fill all the jobs, and some jobs their superior white people just won’t do. The other side of the coin is they have made higher education so expensive we do not have the highly skilled workers needed for some high-tech specialty jobs. We need to bring them in from other countries that subsidize their education systems. Think of that. The republicans have attacked the US education system so much they have dumbed down the US education to the point we need to bring in people educated from other countries, or foreigners educated here paid for by their country. Bloomberg News reports:
“I can’t have a conversation with any business owner that doesn’t revolve around the fact that they simply cannot find the skilled workforce they need,” says Jay Timmons, chief executive officer of the National Association of Manufacturers.
Some 9 million positions are open across the economy, equal to 1.4 vacancies for every unemployed worker. The worst-affected industries are trying to figure out the best way to make themselves heard.
A trade group for companies in the construction industry is buying digital ads to push for immigration reform. An association that represents makers of heavy equipment is flying members to Washington from such places as North Dakota to beg lawmakers for help.
