THIS is the kind of thing that is soooo frustrating. Rulings are made time and again … and put “on hold” for this or that reason. What’s the point of a legal decision if it’s not going to go into effect?
You don’t need to explain the workings of the courts, Scottie. It’s mostly just me expressing my frustrations with the circuitous path that legal things seem to take whenever they involve Trump.
