  1. Paywall.

However, just based on the limited information, I’m not at all surprised. This is going to be one ugly battle when it finally gets the full attention of the Court.

    1. Hello Nan. It is far more than that. Sorry it is behind a paywall. The article has a lot of good information. Basically from the legal podcasts I listen to the right wing of the court has stopped using the law on this issue, but going completely on their desire to end abortion to the point of making things up. But what is worse is they are allowing this method that basically skirts the all the rights any state wants to use this to prevent. By using the vigilante money issue California is going to ban assault weapons and the court has said this is legal. Gorsuch warned about this. So the case was about blocking the law from going into effect until the court rules on it. That is normally what the court does and did to protect tRump every time. However they have refused to do that for Biden. So this went back to the appellate court but instead of going forward with the case the appellate court sent it to the Texas Supreme court for a tangent. That will delay the case going forward for months keeping abortion illegal in Texas. That is the goal and the right wing tRump stacked courts are working to get to it. Because lower courts have to follow existing laws and the Texas law is illegal based on Roe. So these courts are trying to delay ruling until the SCOTUS ends Roe. Scottie
