    1. Hello Nan. It is angering and frustrating how the police are using a loophole to get around the ban on no knock warrants. They are using a neighboring police department to help them ( they don’t need them, but it is an excuse ) and that department is not under the ban and insists on use them. But in this case it really begs the question, this guy was black and shot with in a few seconds of police storming his home and startling him awake. He was not even the person they were looking for. He did have a gun. But the right tells everyone they need a gun for safety. The right tells everyone that they need a gun to fight off burglars. A good guy with a gun scenario. But if the police come in unannounced and see you with the gun … your dead. Every one of those police officers should be up on charges. That guy clearly was not pointing the gun at them, he had no idea who they were, he was just startled awake. They shot him before they explained to him who they were. It was an execution in my view. So now mister gun owning touting guy is he a target of the police as well?
