Stefanik Lies: I Never Promoted Replacement Theory

From the office of Rep. Elise Stefanik:

Any implication or attempt to blame the heinous shooting in Buffalo on the Congresswoman is a new disgusting low for the Left, their Never Trump allies, and the sycophant stenographers in the media. The shooting was an act of evil and the criminal should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Despite sickening and false reporting, the Congresswoman has never advocated for any racist position or made a racist statement.

The Washington Post reports:

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), the No. 3 House Republican, and other GOP lawmakers came under scrutiny Sunday for previously echoing the racist “great replacement” theory that apparently inspired an 18-year-old who allegedly killed 10 people while targeting Black people at a supermarket in Buffalo.

A series of Facebook ads published in September 2021 by Stefanik’s campaign committee that charged that Democrats were allowing undocumented immigrants into the United States as a ploy to outnumber, and eventually silence, Republican voters.

“Radical Democrats are planning their most aggressive move yet: a PERMANENT ELECTION INSURRECTION,” reads one of the ads, which shows a reflection of migrants in sunglasses Biden is wearing. “Their plan to grant amnesty to 11 MILLION illegal immigrants will overthrow our current electorate and create a permanent liberal majority in Washington.”

  1. I am biting my tongue so hard I think it’s bleeding! There are numerous things I’d like to quite appropriately call this … this … person, but Keith is trying to break me from name-calling, so I shall be good … for the moment. I make no promises for tomorrow, however. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Hugs

    1. Hello Jill. Go ahead and let it rip. They never hold back from calling the left every insulting slur possible. Their new thing from this same person is to call everyone who they disagree with a child molester. But what is infuriating is that the truth and reality mean nothing to these people. They can say something that is documented and recorded and 10 minutes later deny they ever say anything at all. It pisses me off that we have a segment of the population that thinks that it is acceptable from elected officials that work for the people. Hugs

      1. You’re right that they never hold back, but … do we really want to sink to their level? I’d rather set an example for what human decency and integrity look like than to wallow in the mud with them.

‘Tis true that truth to them is whatever they say it is in a given moment, and it subject to change at any time, which is why the GOP has no integrity. The bigger problem, as I see it, is the ignorance whether from lack of education or simply being too lazy to think for themselves, of those who would vote for one of these Republicans. Somehow, we need to show them facts, to prove that their trust is misplaced. But, I don’t know how to get their attention. Hugs

        1. Hello Jill. I used to waste my time on the right wing cartoon sites arguing with the diehard cult members. Facts don’t matter to them in any way. Whatever their cult lord or Fox, Newsmax, or Breitbart screamed about that day is the truth right from God himself (god is always male) no matter if yesterday they had a video showing the opposite. Reality and truth never mattered. I got tired of hitting my head against the walls of stupidity. Everything was Biden’s fault even if it was a worldwide problem, Covid was a hoax, masks never worked, all liberals are stupid and try to force everyone to be woke(they don’t know what it is but they know it is bad), tRump did wonderful stuff and more got more done than any president ever … and so on. I don’t know if they are stupid, trolls, or Russia paid hate creators, maybe just bots but it is sickening to deal with them. I find maga people in real life to be just as entitled and hard to deal but lucky for me I am rarely out in the public square these days. Hugs
