Talk about a police state where the police must be obeyed even when they are wrong and the person is not doing anything wrong. Plus both of these cops under oath kept admitting they did not know the law, did not know when they could arrest someone except when they just want to do so. Hugs

I’m not sure I believe that they really didn’t know what they said they didn’t know; I think they lied so they wouldn’t be liable. But, maybe that’s just me.
