It was only a matter of time. As some commentator or another said earlier today, “the cruelty is the point.” Is this, then, what half of America has turned into … murderers without a conscience? People who don’t give a rat’s ass about anyone but themselves? Sigh. Hugs

Hey Jill. I read earlier that a second body has been found. Unbelievable that the US has become so hateful and spiteful, so lacking in basic human kindness. What happened to being decent people? Heartbreaking. I really am struggling to deal with it all. I have not read or posted much news this last week. I hurt and worry about what we some of our people have become. Hugs

I hadn’t heard that! I’ll look into it more tomorrow. Isn’t this just awful??? When did this country stop caring about human lives? I’m asking the same questions you are … where ARE the decent people? Where are the people willing to get into “good trouble” as the late John Lewis called it, for the sake of humanity?
