Hello Annie. Oh the same as always, Biden is destroying the country and the economy is in the toilet while the country is over run with terrorist from other countries because the southern border is wide open and Biden loves brown people coming in illegally. But yes, I love that the administrations if finally getting that the people are fed up with the old status quo and won’t tolerate the continued march to the gilded age of the 1900s. They finally realize the gap is so huge that the younger generation is not the boomer generation that milked the system to retire with the last huge pensions, and the majority of the country is desperate while working and in retirement. Either they do something to remedy the pain or they’re gone. Hugs

On a similar note, I want to add that I saw a video today, and I’m second-guessing myself on how judgey I’ve been about Oliver Anthony’s song. Now I’m sorta thinking the lyrics are simply awkward, rather than “conservative”. He’s put out a couple of statements, and I watched this one today: https://youtu.be/cv9uMXiY29s?si=CytT6Lf70_oofYBA . I watched a bit of the other one, but I’m not much on videos. I like to be fair, and I don’t think I’ve been fair in this case.

Hello Ali. He seems to be a decent guy. I don’t know anything about him. His song seems to be one that different people attribute their own ideas of what it means to it. A lot of white racists claimed it was a song supporting the confederate south and white people. As he says in the video, many republicans claims it was about how bad the Biden people are. But from the truck he is sitting in, he is not wealthy and is a working man. That truck no headliner and very little insulation. The back window being blocked means it is a delivery truck of some type. He seems to be more on the left than on the right. Hugs

I’m sure this will be used as another example of how the Biden administration is bringing “socialism” to our country, or some such crap. Ali is right, we need to make sure the Dems stay in office, because you know as soon as the GOP gets more power they will immediately reverse this rule.

I’m so old, I remember when Republicans would let people have just enough to feel like they were getting a little somewhere. Not too far, of course, but a little somewhere.
These last crops of Republicans are thieves, and don’t want anyone to have anything except themselves and their payors.
