Hello Ali. Forever it seems, forever. But even the moderate republicans were not really moderate. The party has been out of step with the public since the 60s. They just got worse as their popularity decreased. They got more regressive, more repressive, and more authoritarian. They became convinced they should rule not govern or serve. They shouldn’t listen to the people but the people should listen and obey them, the republican minority party. Hugs. Scottie
