Hello Barry. I am sorry but I can not explain how some judges don’t seem to care for the victims but want to keep the power system in place. Barry the sad truth is the court system in the US has been used for crony politics for a while now. At local levels it was the brother-in-law of this donor or this powerful person.
But that was ramped up hard at the start of the 2001 presidential run of Bubba Bush. He was spectacularly dumb for a US president but nothing like tRump. The religious right fundamentalist used him. He got used to starting filling the courts with ideologue hard right corporate supporting judges. That went crazy under tRump with people being put on the lifetime federal courts who even the bar associations claimed were unfit to be judges. tRump was putting people who never tried a case but were highly religious as lifetime judges. So these people rule that way. Now we in the US have to live with that. One narcissistic egomaniac who wanted to be kind so badly he gave the most rabid fundamentalist Christians the keys to the laws of the US. It is going to long time until we get those people out and our country back on track.
Barry as you know I do not support the abuse of autistic people. But until you started to educate me on this, I had no idea of what was really going on. Now I want to be as supportive as I can.
