  1. Hi Scottie;
    I remember way back when I was young, shortly after the whole dinosaurs roaming the earth thing, that if a store was selling something you didn’t want, you just didn’t buy it. Didn’t realize my failure to come together with others to denounce the item was the only way to save the country. Feel like I let my countrymen down, somehow.

    1. Hello Randy. Yes somehow now instead of just not buying an item we are to have a complete meltdown hissy fit. But in truth, I think the country was far better when people dealt with their dislike of something like adults, instead of now like grade school kids. Hugs, and loves. Scottie

  2. About as ridiculous a display of loss of dignity as perspective as some middle aged fellow ranting about the live action Barbie Film.
    Obvious this sort wakes up in the morning, has a breakfast of sour milk with stale cereal washed down with a glass of vinegar and then goes looking for things to be upset about.

      1. Thank you Scottie.
        You know there was a time when that sort of rant would have only figured in a MAD magazine.
        I have this theory which is only a half joke- that not enough research is being done into the disease Terminal Stupidity – more dangerous than Covid.
        As one of my favourite American exclamations goes:
        “Geez Louise!”

  3. I sent you an email this morning, with a link to Jeff Tiedrich’s (sp?) Substack concerning this stupidity, along with items from the rest of the week. He has a style, as I’m sure you know. Anyway, you scooped the basic story, but I wanted to tell you I sent it.

    1. Hi Ali. I agree. What a waste. She has made a career out of the grievance she was tied for fifth place. What is worse is the people that keep using her, promoting her as some kind of paragon of virtue because she is anti-trans. Think if she really had a reason to complain instead of simply not being good enough to qualify in the sport she claimed to train for. Hugs. Scottie
