    Some have asked about the effect of DJtrpum. Here is the very clear and public answer.
    Fake Christianity, defined by having no understanding of the teachings of Jesus Christ – who ironically is the namesake for the religion. Go figure.
    But, it was Jesus who is reported to have said ‘not everyone who says to me “Lord, Lord” will enter the kingdom of heaven…. And then will I declare to them “I never knew you; depart from me, you workers if iniquity”.
    Jesus is also reported to have said “why do you say you love God, whom you have never seen, yet hate your neighbor who you do see”.
    I know you are not religious, Scottie, and I know that you do not believe in God. The point I am trying to make is that there are people who sit in the front pew upon a Sunday and declare themselves so very righteous yet seem to have no comprehension of the words of Christ in that very book they thump so pompously that demonstrate themselves a worse Christian than many who don’t believe at all.

    3. Hi Randy. I agree with Ali and Nan. That is a grand comment. You are 100% correct that there are fake Christians, people who use the idea of religion to try to rule over others. But what got me in the above video was the young man in the car. He couldn’t even process something not spoken by a TV religious leader. When the interviewer mentions that many straight couples can not reproduce he doesn’t even acknowledge it. Because it is not really about reproducing as it is well know straight people produce gay people, but the hate / bigotry is the goal and the point. Stoke the rage, get the hate going in the name of the peaceful god brings in the money to the hate preacher, and cements a diehard followership, as this young man demonstrated. He couldn’t think on the issue, he could only repeat the bumper sticker slogans. Hugs. Scottie

    1. I love the story / video Ali. When we look back at cat pictures when both Odie and Milo were young, it is hard to see the facial differences that told them apart then. Odie had nose freckles and a wide face while Milo had none and a small narrow face. Otherwise they were the same size and same color. Hugs. Scottie
