Libs of TikTok’s Chaya Raichik Threatens to Sue Critics Blaming Her for Partial Role in Teen’s Death

A 16-year-old non-binary student in Oklahoma named Nex Benedict died following a physical altercation they had in a school bathroom with three students that bullied them since 2023. Libs of TikTok’s Chaya Raichik is now being accused of sharing indirect responsibility for the hate crime for the fact that she helped cultivate a toxic climate of anti-LGBTQ+ hate at the school by targeting one of the school’s pro-LGBTQ+ teachers that lead to a “scandal” that rocked the small town.   1. Yeah, let her try. People have as much right to point fingers in her direction as she has to point her finger and send her flying demons in the directions of hospitals, schools, libraries, and children.

Well said Ali. I agree. But that is not the way these bullies and haters think. To them freedom means the freedom to do anything they want to those they dislike or disagree with. But if you do the same to them you are oppressing them or prosecuting them for having a religion. Also many states have laws to stop the very things she is thinking of doing, using a slap lawsuit. Plus as I have not posted yet she is bragging and proud of being a completely hateful person who openly lies to get her followers to attack people. She loves it and the attention. That our system promotes and protects people like her is disgusting and something I don’t understand.  Hugs. Scottie
