Is Libs of TikTok a Terrorist?

For legal purposes the title of this video is a question and not to be construed as a statement of fact. The Nex Benedict story has been tied to Libs of TikTok and its founder Chaya Raichik. Is she to blame? Why does the first amendment protect Libs of TikTok?

  1. I believe it/they are stochastic terrorism. However, my belief may not be evidence under one or another state’s law. Just like when tfg abuses his free speech right, and bad things happen to people. It’s still stochastic terrorism, but may or may not be under a given state’s law.

    1. Hi Ali. It is stochastic terrorism, plain and simple. Both LoT and TFG use rhetoric, fear, and hate to rally their followers to take action for them. It is what they want and you can see the results of it. LoT mentions a drag queen show or reading hour and a bomb threat gets called in to get the event canceled. TFG give hate speeches / writes about the judges and courts he feels have wronged him and those people / courts get threats. That is why these people do this. It needs to be stopped but I am not sure how. Hugs. Scottie
