    1. Hi Suze. That is what I like about the Rev Ed Trevors, his acceptance of not only the LGBTQ+ but also atheists along with those that don’t share his faith.

During the trade tower airplane thing, which was horrific and cost lots of lives, the right kept demanding every Muslim who was a believer to publically denounce the hijackers and any violent acts of their faith. The right is demanding it now of any Muslim or supporter of the Palestinians not to be massacred in a genocide to condemn Hamas, while totally ignoring the genocide done by Israel. Wow, total double standard made up by the right.

For a long time as a gay man abused for simply being born gay and trying to live an honest life looking for another gay man to make a family with, I was beaten, lost promotions, assaulted at work, faced constant slurs at work, and at one point the men at one job were trying to deny me the right to use the locker room because as a fit former fit military 26 year old I would slobber over forcing fat old 50 year old guys into sex. I think it was far the other way around. I had young twink boyfriends, to say I had no interest in them sexually is an understatement.

So I faced all of it. That the right is desperate to bring it back makes me want to puke.

But that this church shed off their hateful side and embraced the god they claim to follow, I totally am glad to see. I love to see positive religious organizations. I love to see churches that follow the message of Christ I was taught so long ago. This side of the church will flourish while the other side will wither and die out. If the left / democrats win the next election.

Yes I don’t believe as they do, but at least they are not hurting me or people like me, they are not causing harm but doing good.

Thank you Suze, you are correct, about time. Hugs. Scottie
