Far too complex for me! i have my own version of the Golden Rule by which I try to live – not always successfully, but to the best of my ability. And that is:
Treat others as they would like to be treated.
It’s simple, understandable, and all it requires is a little empathy on both sides. That’s it!
It could be in a large typeface, be visible from all corners of the classroom and still take up less space than the Ten Commandments.

Hi Barry. I have posted how Jesus in the Christian bible reduced all the commandments down to love god and love others are yourself. Bang. Sort of sounds like what you wrote, love others, do go, don’t hurt others.
That is what I like about the Rev Ed Trevors I post. He has a view of his Christianity in line with what you wrote. He admits his religion is faith not fact, he preaches love, acceptance, helping others, over any other thing. His god loves everyone and wants the rest of us to also.
I can not accept the supernatural, there is no verifiable proof of it, but if it helps people get through life and be better people … I guess I am OK with others having it. As long as they don’t push it on the rest of us. Hugs. Scottie
