Hi Roger. The Chief Justice said the law was not against poor people because it applied to wealthy and poor people alike. Of course only poor people would be unhoused and forced to sleep rough, in the open, with no shelter. The idea that the country can not provide and shouldn’t have to provide some types of housing is horrific. The constitution actually calls for the government to care for the general welfare of the people. I think that would mean house and feed them if necessary. But I recently learned every member of the SCOTUS are multimillionaires, with the republican ones being much more wealthy than the democratic ones. So of course the republican justices seem being poor as a personal failing and signs of a bad person. Hugs. Scottie

It is nothing short of a disgrace Scottie, on so many levels be their social, political or religious.
If they had any idea of history not just US but the general march they would realise they trouble they are building up.
Selfish, wilfully selfish foolish people.

Hi Roger. Dark days are ahead. Ten Bears thinks enough people are waking up to the tyranny of the minority right wing, but I am worried it is too little too late. The amount of money other countries are pouring into the electing of tRump and misinformation on social media is stunning. That people are tired and the republicans make voting harder. Everything seems rigged against the side of good democracy and for the side of evil dictatorship. I am so worried right now. And the ideologues on the SCOTUS are anti-anything that Biden does going to the point of denying laws say when they clearly do. The fast walked anything tRump wanted but slow walk anything requested by the current administration. Why … well they are receiving big gifts, supreme vacations, private jet travel and other big gifts from right wing billionaires who want tRump back and hate the government being able to regulate them. It is indeed a grim scenario which is being played out Scottie.
This is why folk must be made to see, there can be no complacency, there is no simple solution to anything and whatever Trump is offering, it’s covered in toxicity.
Right now the USA needs to switch off the tv and face up to The Reality of the situation.
