Hello Ali. But remember the way the republican Justices wrote the ruling, they get to decide if it is an official act or chargeable, not the laws. So what is legal for tRump would be illegal for Biden or another democrat. That is why two of the Justices said it was an unheard of power grab by the conservative court. They made themselves above even the president and above congress who the constitution says has power over them. These justices are not ruling on law but on their feelings as developed by the wealthy people that vetted them, that they hang out with, those same wealthy people that bribe them, and their wish for tRump to return to power so they can use him to make an oligarchy theocracy that they can control. A government that will let them do anything they wish and is powerless to control anything business wants to do. Some of these people are Nazi and racist bigots. They want to remove rights from the LGBTQ+ and from anyone not a white male. Hugs. Scottie

But, first, someone has to litigate it up there. That’ll take a while, especially since the SCOTUS term doesn’t even take up until October, and then a case or some cases have to get to SCOTUS and be considered.
We have time, is what I’m saying. There is time. Things aren’t changing overnight, or anything. We can breathe, remain aware and astute, keep up our work, and we have time.

Hi Ali. Not a lot really. SCOTUS still takes emergency petitions even off term. They also showed bias and speed working to protect tRump when he was president, but slow walked any request from Biden’s admin. Again showing their complete bias. They want that big donor money from the sponsoring billionaires. The only thing that will save us is to not let tRump and his cronies win. We must not let them block voting places and rig the voting systems, we must not let them intimidate voters or take them off roles. Hugs. Scottie
