They want to claim the democrats are the violent ones, the democrats are the ones with gang thugs that threaten everyone. They claim the democrats are the ones using dangerous violence rhetoric. They ignore everything they say and do. Hugs. Scottie
“We are in a battle between GOOD and EVIL. The Democrats are the party of pedophiles, murdering the innocent unborn, violence, and bloody, meaningless, endless wars. They want to lock up their political opponents, and terrorize innocent Americans who would tell the truth about it. The Democrat party is flat out evil, and yesterday they tried to murder President Trump.” – Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, posting yesterday to X.

I’m glad you feel like posting, Scottie, and posting stuff about the Don and his people. I’ve been avoiding that coverage, but I know some like to see it, so I’m glad you’re doing it.

Hi Ali. Yes yesterday I started to feel better, today Saturday is the first day I can say I feel good again. I hope it lasts. I am so sick and tired of being sick 😣😪😛😋😀
I am very thankful for what you have done. And I do hope you will keep posting things that interest you that you want to share, you are a natural blogger and you should have your own blog. But you are always welcome to post here.
I realize what I post is darker and more political than what you do. That is because I do this to champion the underdog, to stick up for those that have no voice, no one to stick up for them. If I don’t then only the haters words are out there. I can not allow that. Yes I am driven, but that is because of my past. I had no voice, and there was no one to speak for me. Now I speak up for those that also have no voice. I just hope to reach the number of people my first blog did.
By the way you taught me something. I am very lazy on tags. I do use the category boxes because some of the old time bloggers like it and it does make it easier to find old posts. But I guess the thing used now to build a blog on WordPress is tags. I have to force my self to use them. You do and if you can I can, right. Thank you. Hugs. Scottie

I’ll tell you, I went with the tags because you suggested it along with categories, but mostly because, I really can’t get at the categories! In the column on the righthand, I can see the icon for categories, and a little pop-up shows them when I mouse over. But I can’t click anything on the popup, and when I click on the icon, it puts the whole list of categories in. So, I went for tags. I didn’t want you to worry for the readers who use categories and tags to find what they want to read. I took your trust in me to help very seriously. I will still post, but likely not at the Amazonian speed I was there a few days ago! I hope I didn’t run anyone off.
I do understand why you post, and why you post what you do. I tried to include those items, too, though posting about the Don, et al. is difficult for me. I post resources so that those of your readers who may want to reach out, can see there are places to help. We three-you, Randy, me-probably balance each other out, maybe. Perhaps. I’m just glad I’m not fired.

Hi Ali. The categories are what the system sorts the posts by, and tags are what WordPress uses to push the topics. I find tags a pain. But I am now trying to use them so I can grow the blog. But I am worried you can’t see the categories. I am going to take some screenshots and send them in an email. I don’t mind if you don’t use them if you can’t, but I worry why they don’t work for you. I will talk about it in the email later.
As for posting I think you are doing great. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. On some things I don’t have interest in but the viewers clearly did. I did not ask if you can see the site stats but if not I can send them to you for any dates you like so you can see your posts got lots of views.
I did not expect our interests would be the same. So please don’t worry, post what you want to share with others. I feel 80% better so don’t feel pressured that you have to post, but also feel free to post when and what you want. You are a part of the blog as long as you want to be. No you are not fired, I just did not want you to feel the pressure I sometimes feel. That can make the blog less fun, and I want it to be fun.
Hey I just went to the post page and looked at categories block. I think I see what may be the problem. There is an V pointing down when the categories are not visible. Click the V so that it points up and all the categories should show with the boxes to check. Please check and see if that helps.

I will try that. Maybe that will make the categories clickable. I can see them, I just can’t choose one or more; it has to be all or none. i’ll look at it!

Hi Ali. Wow, you can see them but not click them. Wow, I am stumped. I don’t feel well today, I did not sleep all night. Every time I started to drift off, Tupac started to cry out. Waking me fully again. Sometimes he just wanted attention, pets, others he wanted food. I hope he is not going through dementia. Really I think he is missing his friends, first his long time outside friend … disappeared one day, and Ron left on his trip. He is feeling all those he loves are going away, so clinging to me at night. We need to figure this out, as an author it says you have the right to use them. But if you can’t then that has to be the way it is. Hugs. Scottie

Well, I haven’t taken time to go beyond what I’ve told you; I’m sort of a person who just moves on to what works to get done, but I’ll play around a little more. I’ve noticed some more changes in WP, so maybe my experience was an anomaly, and things are back to norm now. I’ll check it out.
