One of my cousins back in MN has been re-purposing Biden/Harris signs and leaving them out on his boulevard. They all keep disappearing and showing up in people’s yards! 🙂

The TikTok with the kids! That reminds me of 2016-I was pushing the swings of a couple of kindergarteners at afterschool, and they were talking about the election. The little girl said,” I know Pastor (name) said the woman (meaning Hillary) kills babies, but the man (meaning the Don) is just so mean to everybody! I don’t understand, but I don’t think he should be the president.” Her brother nodded his head yes, then talked about going to play ball, and jumped out of his swing. We adult paras/teachers weren’t allowed to discuss any of that, and she didn’t ask me, anyway, but I’ve never forgotten that. I hope she remembers, too!

Hi Ali. I love your story. The kids absorb far more than adults understand. The younger children have not been indoctrinated with the hate that older people have. Unless they are taught to hate, they accept everyone who doesn’t hurt them. I love most of the younger generation. I am just sorry those in red states will now for a few years have to go through the hate we LGBTQ+ kids did in the 1960 / 1970s. Hugs Scottie
