Hi Suze. I understand and support your anger and disgust. I do not have family that I know of in that special place, but I served in two branches of the US military and I feel a reverence for that cemetery. It has a history, it has a deep connection to the US that most places don’t. The people there paid the ultimate price to support the goals of the US and protect its people. No politics involved, no left, no right, just people doing their best to support the country and protect the people as best they could. Those people gave their all. So they deserve our deep respect and their resting place should be honored as a place their loved ones can come to in peace to commune or remember their loved one in serenity and calm.
Ok I am getting off the soap box and handing it to the next in line. But that is how I feel about it. What tRump and his people did was shit on the ones buried there and their families along with showing complete disrespect for them and the military. And also shoving a female employee trying to enforce the rules to the ground also shows a disrespect for women, for the military, and for workers. Gang thugs of the lowest kind at work. Hugs. Scottie
