Today’s posts got interrupted by a friend needing my help with an emotional crisis which I was very happy to give, and then my wonderful husband who puts up and supports me through my own crises / helps me through them needing to work in my Pink Palace to get my Pride Flag backdrop done and start moving my shelving around to make things better for me. Hubby is wonderful and truly understands and wants my Pink Palace to be not only a good space for me but a safe space for all my needs. To anyone who has a complaint about my naming my office space my Pink Palace … nicely said get over yourself. This is 2024 and I get to call my spaces what I want … the not nicely way to put it came to mind but instead of voicing it I will say that I left being embarrassed or upset over my being who I am sexually and emotionally behind me over 40 years ago. I did. I thought Walz did well, Vance didn’t answer most of the questions, and the few he did answer he lied. It was a little too civil for my taste. I’d have liked to see Walz drop the Midwest Grandpa act, and get serious with Vance. Call him out on the failure to answer. Walz did well on the Jan 6 question in that respect.

Hi Janet. Yes he was told to be nice and not abrasive so he was gentle in his attacks. It made Vance seem more normal. You are correct that Vance dodged every question and lied constantly. I laughed when he whined like a kid wanting a cookie when he was fact-checked. That was a great Walz moment the Jan 6 stuff, but I thought he had several great times. His worse was when he did not just say he got a bit mixed up on dates as he was in a nearby country a month or so after tiananmen square massacre. He should have just said it was fresh in his mind that 35 years later he confused the dates. But that was all the right had to hit him with. Hugs. Scottie
