There’s no early voting here where I am now, and my registration took long enough that I was afraid I wouldn’t get a mail ballot in time. So I’ll be in line on 5-Nov. Not quite 5 days post-op, but I won’t let that deter me. ☑️

I think it’s the right thing for me to do all I can, because it can only help the people who can’t. Then it evens out. That’s the hypothesis, anyway. Sort of like not dropping gum on the ground, so I don’t step in gum somewhere sometime when I least need to step in gum. It mostly works. Anyway, we’re all only temporarily able-bodied, and I respect that.
