      1. There is method to my madness ~ things get missed the first time out. There’s just so much not to mention so much is repetition. Even the best of pages scroll off by the end of the day

        I do try to keep it within 24 hours. Sometimes more but mostly the idea is to draw attention to what may have been missed earlier
