On the right side of the image is a ridiculous clown, standing on a soapbox, furiously typing a text message into his cellphone. The clown is clearly a parody of the stereotypical Uncle Sam - red & white striped clown shorts, held up by suspenders, with a blue shirt, and oversized clown shoes. The clown also has an all-white painted face, except his red clown nose, and a tiny Uncle Sam hat. coming out of the clown's back pocket is a long receipt tape, labeled "Intel Screwup." On the left side of the image is a grandfather, walking, holding hands with his young grandson, gesturing towards the clown, as he says, "I can tell you that's NOT the version of Uncle Sam that I grew up with…"
