He would have to admit he is so transactional he offered his support to both sides to both Kamala and donald just to get a position that shows he is a total moron not qualified for the office. What he is doing is horrible enough but when you realize he is promoting the doctors / positions from his for profit company that makes millions suing every pharmaceutical company for profit due to made up stupid anti science bullshit. But right wing media refuses to point out the profit of these people.

      OT. Ten Bears my arms / shoulders are really sore. I may have over done. Well I did help Ron take down the cabinet which landed suddenly on my arm. But it seems more than that. I wondered if I was doing the exercises too often. I read you should have both a rest period between exercises days and also a rest period between individual sets. But what I read gave a time for neither. How many days a week should I do these? Also how long should I wait … rest before doing the next set after each one I do. Sorry to bother you on this but I trust you. I want to get more endurance and strength but also don’t want to hurt myself because for three days the pain has been so bad I have not done them. I worry I might be doing damage instead of building up muscle stamina. Hugs

      1. You should be doing every-other day until your endurance builds up. That’s another one of those things start small and work up. Usually I do two days on and a day off, sometimes three sometimes every-other. Rest between sets should be between ten and fifteen minutes but sometimes they’re an hour. Told you: this is not a race, not a competition, you’re in this for the long haul and you got plenty of time to get there

        Yes, dropping a cabinet on your arm will do harm. Don’t do that …
