Like abortion/ pro-life it is a complex business that rational folk with heads and hearts focused need to talk about in an open and flexible way.
Both campaigns in the USA are hate driven and suppression driven. It is so obvious.

Hi Roger. I realize that people have different ideas … but here are the facts. The bible is not against abortion and it also says that life / soul doesn’t happen until the babies first breath. Because of the claim that god breathed life in them. The Jewish Torah says the child is not a person until 3 months old. But for me there is only one case where a person may be required to give up their body for use by another “person” is a pregnant woman. No man may be compelled to give any part of his body to another, not even his blood. If he has a kid dying who needs a kidney he can not legally be made to give one up. The man is totally absolved of all of this process, it is entirely on the woman. Plus add to the fact that the blastocyst., zygote, or fetus is only a potential for a human … it is not a human. It is a potential for one. One that if it goes wrong will not only die but kill the mother. I researched the toll on a woman’s body that carrying a fetus to term does to the female body. It is horrifying. And leaves many women with crippling harm for the rest of their lives. It is incredibly draining to let another organism suck all the nutrients and mineral out of the body. As a man there is only one person I would allow doing this … the love of my life for 35 years. To him I would give all I have. Hugs
