Hi Judy. The planned the cuts to happen in 2027 so it wont hurt the republicans in the midterm 2026 elections. But states are already planning on the cuts and so are institutions that provide care. I have a friend in care facilities and nursing homes. His coverage is entirely through Medicaid. He and his family are scared. Hugs
