This is important, because of who this inmate is. I hope media continue to keep track of this. It’s interesting how the “fluffy” newspapers are actually doing better news than those who are supposed to be pillars of journalism!
Beyond that, this transferring happens all the time; I do a little prison equity and justice lobbying (used to do more, but it really doesn’t help at all; most are privatized to at least some degree.) This simply underlines the inequities in both sentencing and prisons. I can get mad about that, but I don’t care so much where Maxwell is serving her sentence, as long as she does. Now if the news later is that she escaped during transit, well.🤬 And I know there are so many predictions about her case’s disposition, but, for now, we know she’s in prison in TX. And that any prison in TX is not a spa. She’s still in prison.

Hi Ali. I disagree with you on the idea that a prison is a prison. The fact is she did not qualify for that “cushy” prison due to the crime she was convicted of. They have to give her a waver to allow her to move there. That prison is much nicer than the one she was at. It seems logical that it was a favor to her after two days of talks alone with the deputy of the Justice Department. Very fishy and I think it is important to notice that the tRump admin went to talk to her and not the living victims? Hugs
