addendum: assassin is a highly charged word. People in high places are assassinated. Popes, Presidents, leaders of any stripe. But you do not call it an assassination when you shoot someone like Charlie Kirk. He was shot, he was killed. But no assassinated. That elevates him, and his death into another level.
