Almost no parents in Maryland have asked to remove their kids from class when “controversial” topics like the history of racism come up. Nice to think that people, while not entirely comfortable with the concept, are willing to let their kids learn more about it…I suspect that many kids already know more than their parents do about this stuff. They haven’t learned to put up the walls…
