And the last thing you need is someone telling you how good you have it here, or to cheer up, how bad can it be (and then they tell you how sad THEY were when their dog died…) it’s not sad, it’s so much more. But I agree, talking it out does help, once you find the right listener.

Hi Judy. Yes you are correct. When I saw this cartoon I knew it needed its own post. I have hated to admit I have struggled with depression for a long time it seems. As I got older it seemed to get worse. But I do have some coping methods, Ron, friends, cooking, and the cat. I don’t know how other people cope, but those are my ways. Hugs
