I love dogs and people. I want living creatures to thrive. I love to cook, and share the food, but ya gotta get in line in front of the dog.

Hi. Ali Thank you for this post even though I cried while reading it. Ron and I rescued dogs until I couldn’t walk them well enough. Then we turned to rescuing cats, specifically older ones that needed more care than most looking for playful kittens. Sadly Tupac needs to be out last. Ron and I worry we won’t be able to care for their needs as he will be 71 and his health is failing and I am 63 this year with many problems. Plus the cost of their care is soaring beyond our income level. I miss Bob Barker’s sign-off to have your pets spayed or neutered. Hugs

It makes me cry, too, especially with how far away the future shelter is. But all we can do, is all we can do.
