Parts of this report is wrong. ICE was well documented going into churches and schools to arrest worshipers and children who were brown. Also to save face Homan claims new agreements from the local jails and police to cooperate with ICE but those facilities / departments have always turned over convicted criminals who were accused of serious crimes. Officials claim nothing has changed so Homan is lying. The administration knows that the recent elections have shown that the people do not want these ICE gang thugs acting with out restraint and with out respect for the law or the people. This retreat is about the recent elections where democrats have stomped republicans badly in vote totals. Hugs

you know what. I don’t believe that ‘undocumented immigrants’ exist; if my mother were alive today she would be considered an undocumented immigrant, as would her sister and two brothers. It feels like this outfit is just looking for people who ‘don’t look like Americans” and arresting them because they don’t have any papers on them to prove they’re real Americans.
And how does one prove that anyway? And what does a ‘real american” look like…the only truly real Americans are American Indians, the rest of us are totally immigrants, if you want to cut the corners off…

Hi Judy. I agree. While someone may be undocumented for some reason such as overstaying a visa or crossing over the border to ask for asylum. No person is illegal. Period! Humans are not illegal. That is Nazi stuff. But being undocumented doesn’t mean you are a criminal or a villain of some kind as has been proven by every poll / survey ever done. I am so glad your mother and her family had the chance to come here. A couple of laws Republicans are trying to get passed would revoke my citizenship and also prevent me and married people from voting.
That is their entire point of making the US white only. But also a part of Project 2025 was keeping married women and also all women from voting. In the view of Russell Vought only white males should vote.
But the SAVE Act will keep me and many women from voting. It requires your birth certificate to match your photo ID. I took Ron’s last name legally after we got married and so my birth certificate doesn’t match my license. The same is also true for so many females who got married. They can’t vote, nor can men like me. The only alternative is to rush to get a passport which is expensive to the tune of nearly 200 dollars and requires you to pay for pictures and other things and can take a year or more to get. It wouldn’t be processed and arrive in time for me to vote, same with others in this same dilemma. Hugs
