USDA Sec Hit With Formal Complaint For Jesus Emai…

Again this is simply pushing Christian indoctrination on the public regardless of the beliefs of the people getting th email. This is an attempt to normalize Christianity being pushed at all levels of government. Our current government has been captured by Christian nationalists who are a small minority who are “hell bent” on pushing their religious doctrines on the majority. The keep pushing the incorrect idea that the nation was founded on Christianity and the Christian believes which it is not nor ever has been. But it was pushed by fake historian David Brretlet who pushed that lie on. Generations of kids. Hugs

  1. Perhaps when we speak of this sect, we ought to stop capitalizing the word christian in regard to them. They regularly violate most aspects of the Christian religion. It’s offensive, even to me, as much as I believe in freedom of/from religion and especially freedom of speech. But because I believe, the filth they’re trying to push as “christianity” is far from what even non-believers know, and ought not be credited or dignified with a capital letter (which will mean back spacing to fix it, at least on WordPress! 😂) It’s similar to what many of us do with the word nazi, which deserves no dignity or respectful capitalization.

    1. Oops. “But because I believe” should refer to I believe in Father, Son, Holy Ghost Christianity. There are a lot of “believes” in that graf, so I thought I ought to clarify.

      1. Hi Ali. You like Roger and so many other what I would call real Christians who come here. I was taught in my few years in church that Christians meant followers of the Christ who was Jesus. Sadly these people like those I posted about don’t follow nor do / preach as Jesus said to do.

Ali no one thinks or should think you support the the filth they’re trying to push as “christianity”. Your actions here on the blog and what you describe doing that you post, along with all the grand support and help you have given me and encouragement to my spouse Ron. You are like the very religious man who “saved” me by finding me beaten and convinced my abusive adoptive parents to send me to the church school which was out of their control and ability to abuse me. He paid for all of it. He believed it was what he should do or was expected to do and he acted as he believed. Now I have seen adults in the church that did not act as they preached, but he did.

Ali the issue I have is not acknowledging the people who follow Jesus but how to separate those who claim to but actually follow the Old Testament Bible. I call those people Biblicans not Christians. And it is a term well used on the interwebs.

But the issue I have is who am I to say someone or some group is not a Christian because I am already said very regularly I am an atheist? It comes back to the question demanded of gay people in the past, prove it, which was an opening for abuse if some one claimed it.

So how do I an atheist, determine who is or is not a Christian or who desires the capital of calling themselves one? I prefer to leave that to real Christians believing the message of the Christ. The bible says you will know them by their actions, yet the way the bible is written even the most hateful person can find scriptures that support their position. I hope you see my problem.

I agree with you that these people do not act like Christ followers. I am just not sure that it is my place to tell a christian what a Christian should be or do. I just read over this and it seems disjointed even to me. I wrote most of it last night and finished it up at 1 pm. I got up at 5 and felt so tired I couldn’t think. I had to go to the local publix for my Monday morning standing order, then came home and went back to bed until 11:30 am. I have no energy. That is to be expected depending on how anemic I am. I ended up in the hospital in 2013 for it. It was brought on by stress. They said I should take a woman’s once a day vitamin because the woman’s one has iron in it. I got upset at Ron last night and yelled at him over his time spent with his sister and it did not do any good except to make both of us feel bad. He still has spent all day working at her home. Not ours. Hugs

        1. Well, you have hit a lot of points here, so no worries about being disjointed. And your next reply is on the column ahead of this one, so no worries about that.
I know no one wants to be judgmental; I certainly don’t. God or the universe or karma or whatever always makes sure we are judged as we judge, so there’s that. But most people know it’s wrong to kill, and to create and promote human suffering, and that religious people of all people ought not to be doing that nor supporting it.
I saw an Ed Trevors vid this morning, and listened to the whole thing. That’ll clear up for you how an atheist can say someone is not behaving as a Christian. I mean, I don’t judge you as a gay because you like country music, even though ewww country music, and that’s so not gay! 🤣 But it is, because you enjoy it. shudder
Anyway, I don’t think you have anything about which to worry on this. I was only making an offhand that we could ID not-christians by not capitalizing the word. It was only a thought.

          1. Here’s the Ed Trevors video I mentioned above; I’d intended to hyperlink it above, but neglected to get it done.

    2. Hi Ali. I hit send with out agreeing with you on the small c Christian for these people. I refused to use capital letters for maga as I don’t think they deserved it. But I never thought about that with nazi. I just capitalized the N with out thinking about it. Great point. Hugs

      1. Word Press auto-caps nazi, maga, and christian, along with others (not related to our discussion) that don’t need capitalization except that autocorrect is incorrectly predicting what a person is writing, so there’s that. We have to go back and de-capitalize things. In the tags, there is no way to get maga without at least a capital m. sigh.
