My wonderful love and I got talking a few minutes ago. See, Ron thinks I drive very well. He prefers me to drive when we go out. But I had to admit to him after talking to him that I only see shapes now, not the entire world around the area. I still have rapid reflections, and I can still look forward into the distance to see what is coming up. Do I see it the way others do? No, I see blocks and shapes and how those shapes are moving. If you asked me the colors or other things, no, I can’t tell you, but I can see the shapes, the speeds they are going, and the way those shapes change lanes.
I have never had an accident. So now Ron will have his eyes operated on. More reasons to have us be fully open about our situation. Hugs
