THE PUMPKIN TIT RAID: PART ONE

REPORT: Docs May Have Had Payroll Info On US Spies

We are learning that the DOJ had video recordings of the storage area that caused them a lot of concern.  We see that these documents are very valuable to a foreign government.    Imagine the damage to nation security this information about who is a spy could cause.   The fact that trump is this careless with national secrets of the highest level really shows he shouldn’t ever have been president and must never be again.   Nor should any of his maga supporters in any elected office at any level.   It is well known that trump is in money troubles and that he faces over 600 million dollars of loans coming due this next year.   How much would any government give him for the spy information or the nation’s nuclear secrets?   Hugs

Newsweek reports:

In pursuing the unprecedented search of Donald Trump’s residence on Monday, the FBI was seeking to retrieve Top Secret and “compartmented” documents dealing with intelligence “sources and methods,” two federal government sources tell Newsweek—documents with the potential to reveal U.S. intelligence sources, including human sources on the American government payroll.

This greatly complicates any public discussion of the documents or any substantiation of Trump’s potential violation of U.S. law. The sources, who were briefed on the investigation, requested anonymity in order to discuss sensitive information.

He never worked for the American people, he works for the highest bidder.

BlondeAmbitionn olandp • an hour ago

The thing that pisses me off is that Garland (and Biden) knew he had these docs and wasted months negotiating with that mfer to get them back.

j.martindale • 2 hours ago

I read where tRump threatened Garland, saying he was making some of tRump’s friends very angry. Literally mob-like threats. He has all kinds of knowledge that he can use to blackmail the government and keep them from prosecuting him. He is the biggest threat to our democracy in American history.

Gustav2 j.martindale • 2 hours ago

I’ve thinking for a while he took them as a protection from being prosecuted.

rednekokie • 2 hours ago

It goes without saying that he only had those documents in order to sell them to the highest bidder, no matter who that might be.

Statistics Palin rednekokie • 31 minutes ago

It is also possible the lists included FBI informants on domestic terrorism/insurgency. – informants on Trump’s blow buddies.

It looks like Russia has seen the nuclear documents, or so they claim

Boreal DirtyPierre • 2 hours ago

Trump was probably shopping these docs while he was still in office.

Fearsome Beard Boreal • 2 hours ago

No doubt that he hasn’t been shopping potential access to them since before he was elected.

What’s worse is the 30% of the country defending him… declaring that serial liar Trump has more credibility that the entirety of the US government’s national security and intelligence apparatus.

They rest easy in the comfort of that security while they cheer Trump’s attempts to tear it all down.

This will get real ugly real quick. Most Republicans backed themselves in a corner, and actually do not support treason. But their lip flapping and now the evidence is going to put them in a quandary, and just before the midterms. Which is always a good thing.

Trump possibly could’ve had foreign powers look at those documents or he could’ve transmitted those documents to foreign powers. This is the very definition of treason.

If the Democrats are smart, and they usually are not, this would be the question they would ask their constituents. Is it OK to support a candidate who commits treason? There will always be the few who do. But the majority will not.

GOP Plots Legal Challenge To Inflation Reduction Act

Please note the deception and hope that some company will sue.   The republicans have farmed out their job of governing to the maga people.   They want the anti-abortion enforcement done by the maga spying on women, the want maga parents / people objecting to the books they want banned, schools can be sued by the public if a parent doesn’t like something just like the Texas abortion bill.    The republicans cannot win on policy, and they cannot win politically on the federal level, so they have to resort be being sneaky assholes.     Hugs

Axios reports:

House Republicans are planning to try to open up Democrats’ $740 billion tax, climate and health care bill to a legal challenge after it passes, Axios has learned. The move is Republicans’ way of showing their base that they’re going to great lengths to kill the legislation, which is likely to be unanimously opposed by House Republicans.

Republicans, led by members of the right-wing House Freedom Caucus, plan to get “as many members as possible to vote by proxy” in order to deny Democrats a physical quorum. The bill would still pass, but Republicans hope a company affected by the tax provisions in the bill will then sue to challenge the law’s constitutionality.

As I recall, the proxy thing was already challenged in court once before and bounced immediately because the ruling was, “The Congress of the United States is free to set its own operating rules.”

Much like American Rescue Plan (ARP) this is a good thing for the Rethugs constituents. A reasonable intelligent person would have voted for IRA, but thats not how Rethugs roll .

One hopes – that the lame ass DNC is ready to run counter programming against each and every single one of these Rethugs in their districts.

I go to my local Rethug’s “town halls” and pepper it with questions about ARP.. but its TaliBama … so its like asking questions to a wall.

Brian Curtis Ore Carmi • 13 hours ago

It’s even more important to block the GOOD bills, to ensure that Democrats can’t take credit for any accomplishment and–gods forbid–become popular by actually serving the public.

Ore Carmi Brian Curtis • 12 hours ago

Which is odd, because when good legislation does pass, Republicans still claim credit for it, even though they worked against it and voted against it. I hate Republicans!

FBI agents found dozens of classified documents in Mar-a-Lago search: sources

As some of you may know my husband the grand and wonderful Ron worked as the night time butler at Mar-a-Lago for trump.    He explained to me that these areas, especially the storage area off the pool, would have been open to housekeepers, maintenance people, and many others.   This case is about trump people carting off documents he knew he was not allowed to keep, the most sensitive documents.    He loves to claim he gave the stuff back but that took a year of negotiation and a lot of that was gifts and things he was not allowed to take anyway.    The most dangerous secret documents he not only refused to turn over while denying he had, but he kept trying to move or keep the authorities to find was left mostly unsecured in a place we know that foreign governments have tried to place operatives in.   tRump has over $600 million dollars in loans coming due this next year.   He had to get the $400 million this year deferred because he couldn’t pay it.   He is a huge security risk.   Some reports have him hiding 12 to 14 boxes of the most secret US nuclear weapons information.    His administration overruled all the intelligence agencies, the military, the congress to sell Saudi Arabia nuclear secret technology.    tRump’s administration did the same with selling the Saudi’s weapons the rest of the government was aghast at.   But Kusner his son-in-law who is creditably accused of giving the Saudi government Prince Bone Saw the US most secret intelligence on who would be a threat to his attempt to take over the government so he could capture and kill his opponents.   Kushner got 2 billion dollars the rest of Bone Saws government objected to.   It clearly was a payoff.    I wish the trump cult could see or hear this news but right wing media keeps the America first people from knowing how trump people are selling them out.     Hugs

FBI agents found dozens of classified documents during their search of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago on Monday, sources confirmed to NewsNation.

Investigators discovered classified documents in two areas: Trump’s personal office above a ballroom and in a storage room near the pool. Sources say there were “boxes everywhere,” with some containing Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). Those are considered some of the highest level of classified documents.

Since the documents are so secretive, it’s unknown whether investigators will ever publicly acknowledge what they’re in reference to, let alone release them.

Classified nuclear weapons documents may have been among the items the FBI found, according to a source cited by the Washington Post.

Attorney General Merrick Garland spoke publicly for the first time Thursday about the FBI search of Trump’s home, and although he did not reveal what the FBI was looking for, he did say he approved the search.

Garland said he would be asking a court to unseal the search warrant. Trump said Thursday night he doesn’t oppose its release and encouraged it to be unsealed immediately.

The judge has set a deadline of 3 p.m. Friday for Trump’s legal team to decide if they are going to object to the release of the warrant.

Questions have been circulating about exactly what it was the FBI was looking for and why they would engage in the unprecedented search of a former president’s home. According to the Washington Post, it may have been because federal authorities worried sensitive nuclear documents possibly in Trump’s possession could fall into the wrong hands.

The New York Times then reported Thursday night that the search was focused around material relating to “some of the most highly classified programs run by the United States,” according to an anonymous source cited by that publication.

The Washington Post’s source, which was anonymous, did not say whether or not any nuclear weapons documents were found in the home.

Sources confirmed to NewsNation that the execution of the search warrant is linked to an investigation into whether or not the former president mishandled presidential records related to the discovery of boxes full of White House records that were taken to Mar-a-Lago after Trump left office.

Trump lawyer Christina Bobb said on NewsNation’s “On Balance: With Leland Vittert” on Thursday that they were surprised by the FBI raid on Trump’s home, having believed to that point they had cooperated amply with federal investigators.

Bobb said Trump handed over everything investigators had asked for prior to the search. Federal authorities indicated otherwise with the search.

Neither the Department of Justice nor Trump’s legal team have made the search warrant or search receipt public yet.

Bobb said the Trump legal team would be open to making the documents public, but needed to confer with the Justice Department first.

“We’re waiting to hear back from them,” Bobb told NewsNation. “We’re very eager. We know that people want information, and we’re eager to respond as best as possible in coordination with the Department of Justice so we’re just waiting to hear back from them.”

Trump called the search of his estate a “surprise attack” and alleged it was a “targeted raid.”

“In early June, the DOJ and FBI asked my legal representatives to put an extra lock on the door leading to the place where boxes were stored in Mar-a-Lago — We agreed. They were shown the secured area, and the boxes themselves. Then on Monday, without notification or warning, an army of agents broke into Mar-a-Lago, went to the same storage area, and ripped open the lock that they had asked to be installed. A surprise attack,” Trump said on the social media platform Truth Social.

Graham Praises MI Library For Banning LGBTQ Books

Only church certified and state approved books will be allowed.   All others will be burned.   No access to other information.   No access to other ideas.    When these groups who are a minority cannot win the people with their ideas, they insist only the information they approve of be allowed.   We have seen the attempts for decades to outlaw science books, biology books, geology books, and all information that disagrees with the Christian bible.    Same with sexual education, it disagrees with the minority religious view so must not be taught.  This is a very dark road we are travelling down; it needs to stop.   Hugs

Posted today to Franklin Graham’s Facebook page:

Parents and concerned citizens in Jamestown, Michigan, decided they weren’t going to stand for the indoctrination of their children at the local public library, and they weren’t going to pay for it with their taxpayer money!

The local library featured sexually explicit LGBT books such as “Gender Queer: A Memoir” in a June Pride display, and the library staff refused to remove them from the library even after meetings with the board.

But the local residents didn’t give up—they mounted a campaign to stop funding the library with taxpayer money, and it worked! I congratulate them for standing firm with their convictions and working hard to bring the needed change.

Pitching a tent on public land is now a felony in Tennessee

This is a national disgrace!    This country is said to be the wealthiest on earth.   We have billionaires and millionaires, and because of unrestrained capitalism the wealth gap gets wider every day.   Rents too high for people to have a place to live, medications to expensive for people to get the life saving drugs they need, but no question at all for more money for the wealthy defense industry.   Every year there is more money shoved into the defense / military budgets than asked for because most of that money goes to the wealthy executives and their shareholders.    This must stop.   We are creating a country of impoverished beggars and super wealthy.  As one person said, it is a crime to be poor.    Hugs

Officials in Tennessee passed a new bill making it a felony to make a campsite on public land, affecting people experiencing homelessness. CNN’s Nick Watt reports.

DIY Double Decker Bus tiny house conversion – Family of 8

I love this.   As some may know we sold our Palm Beach home and bought a wonderful huge Extra large 4 door cab dually truck and a 40.4-foot fifth wheel with the idea of living in it for a long time and traveling.  In year two Ron’s happiness changed.   We suffered a tire blow out that was very scary to Ron, and it was during a time he was undergoing untreated anxiety panic attacks we did not understand.    He was having them, and we did not understand why.   The tire blowing incident caused Ron to freak out and demand we sell the entire set up as soon as possible.   He did not want to live in it another day and wanted it gone.  It was making him cry to even have to stay in it.   This caused a problem because we sank 125,000 into the set up plus other costs, but I adore him and even though I did not know what was behind this insistence on his part I sold the entire unit at a huge loss, half the cost we paid for it all and moved us into 1984 double wide in the first phase of the RV mobile home park we were in.  There were better homes we wanted and could afford but bigotry against us as one of the first well known gay couples of the park.    Many of the old bigots refused to sell to us or asked for outrageous prices.     Of course, after Ron got treatment for anxiety and panic attacks it was all better but far too late.  But if I had the chance, I would love this unit.    Hugs

VIDEO DESCRIPTION: You’re looking at a 47k lb, 13′ 5.5″ ft tall, 43ft long beast of a tiny home! The Everly family decided that time spent working, to take two weeks a year together, was off balance. With some research and a quick decision, they fell upon the double-decker bus they had renovated to suit their family and full-time travel. This rig has two bathrooms with a separate indoor and outdoor shower! The kitchen has a farmhouse style with a deep sink, induction stove, and plenty of gear for outdoor cooking. The rooftop deck has a sturdy railing so the entire family can enjoy the views, including hammocks that can hang from the safety guards! The kids dominate a daytime play area that turns into the parents sleeping quarters at night. This crew is family-oriented and travel driven. What an adventure!

Teen Charged For Abortion After FB Handed Over DMs

This is the future these caring “pro-life” forced birth jerks want to create.    Minors whose life doesn’t matter because a note viable clump of cells has priority over her real existing life.  My dogs that love gravy, what can we do, what have we let happen.   I cry for the children forced to live through this nightmare.   A 10 year old whose body was too small and not developed was almost forced to give birth that might have easily killed her, this girl was trying to save herself from a forced birth, those laws made her not a person but an incubator instead.   Now these women controller forced birth people will feel entitled to imprison the girl to ruin her life.   Hugs

Forbes reports:

A Nebraska teenager is facing criminal charges alleging she aborted a fetus in violation of state law, after authorities obtained her Facebook messages using a search warrant. Seventeen-year-old Celeste Burgess, who is being tried as an adult along with her mother Jessica Burgess, is awaiting trial in Madison County District Court on charges that they broke a Nebraska law banning abortions after 20 weeks.

This marks one of the first instances of a person’s Facebook activity being used to incriminate her in a state where abortion access is restricted — a scenario that has remained largely hypothetical in the weeks following the US Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. Nebraska currently outlaws abortions beyond 20 weeks. On Monday, Republican lawmakers in the state failed to secure enough votes to decrease that window to 12 weeks.

The Lincoln Journal-Star reports:

In early June, the two women were each charged with removing, concealing or abandoning a dead human body, a felony, and a pair of misdemeanors: concealing the death of another person; and false reporting. But the investigation wasn’t over.

A week after the two were charged, the detective served a search warrant on Facebook, to get access to their accounts. He found messages between them suggesting Jessica Burgess had obtained abortion pills for her daughter, and gave her instructions on how to take them.

Interestingly, the Nebraska legislature Rethugs didn’t have enough interest/votes to come back into special session to reduce the deadline from 20 weeks to 12 weeks. After Kansas, they fear.

Every woman (and supportive man) in Nebraska needs to do more than vote. They need to go full Lysistrata by blowing up the legislature’s phone lines, taking to the streets in protest and openly defying horseshit laws like this.

berberine Man_in_the_mists • 8 hours ago

They did. I was one of them. I know some of the senators in the state, including my rep. They got phone calls, emails, and letters, starting after the SCOTUS leak and it ramped up after the Dobbs decision was official. I know of one state senator who changed their mind because of it. I knew about this decision two weeks ago off the record. Kansas might have had something to do with it, but my rep apparently was inundated with people contacting him. Hopefully, this will carry into November.
