Through public remarks, Truth Social screeds and more than 100 preemptive lawsuits, Donald Trump is assembling a detailed catalog of excuses for rejecting the results of the 2024 election — if he loses.

Why it matters: The Trump-aligned efforts to overturn the 2020 election — both overtly and covertly, peacefully then violently — shocked the American public. No one should be surprised this time around.

Listen to Trump: The former president, who risks jail time and more criminal trials if he loses, has expanded his range of baseless attacks on U.S. voting procedures in recent weeks and months.

  • Overseas voting: Trump falsely claimed Monday that Democrats are exploiting an overseas ballot program for expats and military members in order to circumvent “any citizenship check or verification of identity.”
  • Early voting: At a rally in Pennsylvania last week, Trump denounced what he called the “stupid” concept of voting 45 days before the election — floating conspiracy theories about his loss in the crucial swing state four years ago.
  • Mail-in voting: Trump has long despised mail-in ballots. He’s recently attacked the U.S. Postal Service as incompetent and untrustworthy — even as the GOP has pushed its voters to embrace the practice.

Zoom in: The millions of undocumented migrants who have crossed into the U.S. during the Biden administration are a top campaign issue. They’re also being used to fuel new voter fraud conspiracy theories.

  • Earlier this month, Trump demanded that House Republicans use the threat of a government shutdown to pass a measure requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections.
  • That effort failed, but it gave Trump and Republicans a new excuse to claim election fraud — even though it’s already illegal and exceedingly rare for non-citizens to vote in U.S. elections.

Between the lines: Even without evidence of voting irregularities, Trump is preparing to deploy broader rhetorical arguments for why the election was fundamentally unfair.

  • The former president has accused Democrats of “cheating” by swapping out President Biden for Vice President Kamala Harris in June, and engaging in “lawfare” through criminal prosecution.
  • “If there was no cheating — if God came down from on high and said ‘I’m going to be your vote tabulator for this election,’ I would leave this podium right now,” Trump said Sunday at a rally in Pennsylvania.
  • “We have to have a landslide because they cheat so damn much.”

The big picture: Since 2020, the Republican Party apparatus has been reorganized — from the top down — to give credence to Trump’s false claims that election fraud is a scourge on American politics.

  • Trump’s campaign and the Republican National Committee say they’ve built a network of about 175,000 volunteer poll watchers and poll workers, part of a relentless focus on “election integrity.”
  • In Georgia, a hard-right election board has passed new rules that Democrats fear could be used to undermine confidence in the results if Trump loses the critical battleground state.
  • House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) drew outrage last week by pledging to certify the 2024 election and “follow the Constitution” only if it’s a “free, fair and safe election.”

What to watch: On Nov. 1, 2020, Axios reported that Trump had privately told confidants he planned to prematurely declare victory on election night if it looked like he was “ahead.”

  • That’s exactly what he did.
  • Given the likelihood that the election once again will take days to call, don’t be surprised to see the former president dust off that same playbook.

Say what? WTF?

He feels entitled to take anything he wants without paying for it.   He also believes it is better to just due and ignore anyone else’s rights.  He is the great cult leader.  Hugs.  Scottie

Walters has ordered daily bible lessons for Oklahoma’s public school students in all grades. Several dozen school districts are currently defying that edict.

Earlier this month, local outlets exposed Walters for spending state money to fund a national tour of far-right events to “promote himself on the national stage.”

Walters is widely expected to run for governor. Current governor and fellow Christian nationalist Kevin Stitt is term-limited.

Last month around two dozen GOP state lawmakers signed a letter calling for an impeachment probe into Walters for refusing to disclose his spending.

Walters has hired a raft of far-right figures, including Chaya Rachik and Dennis Prager, to help him “turn students to Jesus.” Raichik is reportedly helping overhaul public school libraries.

Please remember the people who first led Israel in the beginning were also terrorist.  Many in the Israeli government in the early decades of Israel’s existence were also labeled terrorist.  One person’s terrorist is another person’s avowed wonderful member of government.   It has been leaked that members of Israel’s government wants to annex another sovereign country’s land and make it Israel’s property.  Just like they have in the West bank, and Gaza.  In fact some have talked about trying to take part of Egypt.  This is because religious fanatics are running the country now and they claim their god gave them the entire area so they simply have the right to take it.  And no one can stop them as long as Biden stays in the mind set of the 1950 / 60s/ 70s, because Biden won’t let anyone else strike Israel back to show them their god did not give them permission to take others lands.  Bibi has given the middle finger to every US president and he is desperate to get tRump to win by dragging the US into a war in the Middle East.  That is his plan to help tRump and hurt Harris.  And they bombed an entire area of occupied apartments in Beirut, which is another war crime they committed. A marketing director of a well-known Swiss brand, said, “When you look at all of them, they scream Chinese-made watch. None of them is worth the asking price. Those blue screws on the tourbillon cage are a dead giveaway that it was partly made in China. You won’t find blue screws on a tourbillon made in Switzerland. And you can pick up a Chinese tourbillon for $100.”

Milei has cut support for welfare programs, soup kitchens, and other efforts to aid the needy.

Milei’s biggest cheerleader is Elon Musk, who has vowed to bring similar policies as the leader of Trump’s supposed “Department Of Government Efficiency.”

Of note, the planned department’s acronym just happens to be the same as a cryptocurrency often promoted by Musk.

Earlier this year Musk posted the below porn-adjacent image in celebration of Milei.

Not only did Hawley vote against the project, the report below notes that in 2019 Trump defunded all such military projects to divert the money to his border wall.

The party who has people arrested, charged, and found guilty of voter fraud is the Republican Party.  Every accusation from them is a confession of their own actions. They are setting it up to challenge the voters will and overturn the vote in that state.  Hugs.  Scottie

Hancock said that he learned during the trial that Rittenhouse had allegedly used racial slurs in messages sent to his friends and appeared to be looking for an opportunity to use a weapon. “There was a history of things he was doing prior to Kenosha, specifically patrolling the street for months with guns and borrowing people’s security uniforms, doing whatever he could to try to get into some kind of a gunfight,” Hancock claimed.

The party maybe have evolved into the kind of anti-migrant, anti-Islam populist force that has taken hold across much of Europe, but it began as a political refuge for former Nazis. Not only has the FPÖ not disavowed that past, it embraces it — at least in private — with the leading party figures regularly getting to trouble for paying quiet tribute to their Nazi forebears.

As I often remind the haters, almost all of the children in the foster care and adoption system are there due to abuse and abandonment by the heterosexual parents.

Trump Admits He Played MAGA For Fools

Demented Donald threw cold water all over his supporters who were conned by him into believing massive voter fraud stole the election away from him.

 — September 26, 2024

Instead of a rally, Trump spoke at a Charlotte-area warehouse in North Carolina. During his speech he rambled out of the blue about the 2020 election results, admitting he lost to Joe Biden.

Trump was bragging that he received more votes than any sitting president before him which is meaningless and ridiculous since he got trounced by almost 8 million votes. I guess his addled brain transitioned into the making an explosive statement to his MAGA cult.

TRUMP: We were getting ready to do it, and then a lot of bad things happened. We did much better, by the way, in the election of 2020 than we did in 2016.

Just remember that. Millions and millions of votes more. More votes than any sitting president in the history of our country.

But they beat us by a whisker. They beat us just by a little whisker.

He beat us from the basement.

If you’re a MAGAt, I hope you heard this and heard it good.

Trump played you all for fools.

He played you for fkn idiots.

Police were killed during the insurrection.

January 6th defendants, I hope you rot in jail.

And you all deserved it

Hey Donald Dump, Ashli Babbitt will still be alive if you admitted you lost on Nov 6th, 2020 instead of on Sept 25, 2024.

Trump didn’t lose ‘by a whisker.’ Biden received 306 electoral votes to Trump’s received 232 and Biden received the most votes in the history of the country with 81,283,501, dwarfing Trump’s meager 74 million.

Trump’s lies tore the country apart and are still doing it.

Neo-Nazi Telegram Users Panic Amid Crackdown and Arrest of Alleged Leaders of Online Extremist Group

An analysis by ProPublica and FRONTLINE shows a surge in activity on Telegram channels aligned with the Terrorgram Collective, as allies tried to rally support for their comrades in custody and sought to oust users they believed to be federal agents.

It’s a worthy read. Also, if you prefer to listen, click through to listen.

The recent crackdown on the social media platform Telegram has triggered waves of panic among the neo-Nazis who have made the app their headquarters for posting hate and planning violence.

“Shut It Down,” one person posted in a white supremacist chat on Tuesday, hours after Telegram founder Pavel Durov announced he would begin sharing some users’ identifying information with law enforcement.

With over 900 million users around the globe, Telegram has been both revered and reviled for its hands-off approach to moderating posted content. The platform made headlines this summer when French authorities arrested Durov, seeking to hold him responsible for illegal activity that has been conducted or facilitated on the platform — including organized drug trafficking, child pornography and fraud.

Durov has called the charges “misguided.” But he acknowledged that criminals have abused the platform and promised in a Telegram post to “significantly improve things in this regard.” Durov’s announcement marked a considerable policy shift: He said Telegram will now share the IP addresses and phone numbers of users who violate the platform’s rules with authorities “in response to valid legal requests.”

This was the second time in weeks that extremists had called on their brethren to abandon Telegram. The first flurry of panic followed indictments by the Justice Department of two alleged leaders of the Terrorgram Collective, a group of white supremacists accused of inciting others on the platform to commit racist killings. (snip)

An analysis by ProPublica and FRONTLINE, however, shows that despite the wave of early panic, users didn’t initially leave the platform. Instead there was a surge in activity on Terrorgram-aligned channels and chats, as allies of the group tried to rally support for their comrades in custody, railed against the government’s actions and sought to oust users they believed to be federal agents.

Federal prosecutors in the U.S. have charged Dallas Humber and Matthew Allison, two alleged leaders of the Terrorgram Collective, with a slew of felonies including soliciting the murder of government officials on Telegram.

Humber has pleaded (sic) not guilty. She made a brief appearance in federal court in Sacramento, California, on Sept. 13, during which she was denied bail. Humber, shackled and clad in orange-and-white jail garb, said nothing. Allison, who has not yet entered a plea, was arrested in Idaho but will face trial in California.

Attorneys for Humber and Allison did not respond to separate requests for comment.

The two are alleged Accelerationists, a subset of white supremacists intent on accelerating the collapse of today’s liberal democracies and replacing them with all-white ethno-states, according to the indictment.

Through a constellation of linked Telegram channels, the collective distributes books, audio recordings, videos, posters and calendars celebrating white supremacist mass murderers, such as Brenton Tarrant, who in early 2019 stormed two mosques in New Zealand and shot to death 51 Muslim worshippers.

The group explicitly aims to inspire similar attacks, offering would-be terrorists tips and tools for carrying out spectacular acts of violence and sabotage. A now-defunct channel allegedly run by Humber, for example, featured instructions on how to make a vast array of potent explosives. After their arrests, channels allegedly run by Humber and Allison went silent.

But within days of the indictments, an anonymous Telegram user had set up a new channel “dedicated to updates about their situation.” (snip)

Matthew Kriner, managing director of the Accelerationism Research Consortium, said the Terrorgram Collective had already been badly weakened by a string of arrests in the U.S., Europe and Canada over the past two years. “Overall, the arrests of Humber and Allison are likely the final blow to the Terrorgram Collective,” Kriner said.

In the U.S., federal agents this year have arrested at least two individuals who were allegedly inspired by the group. The first was Alexander Lightner, a 26-year-old construction worker who was apprehended in January during a raid on his Florida home. In a series of Telegram posts, Lightner said he planned to commit a racially or ethnically motivated mass killing, according to prosecutors. Court records show that agents found a manual produced by the Terrorgram Collective and a copy of “Mein Kampf” in Lightner’s home.

Lightner has pleaded (sic) not guilty to charges of making online threats and possessing an illegal handgun silencer. His attorney declined to comment. (snip)

In extremist circles, there was more discussion about fleeing Telegram after Durov’s announcement this week. “Time is running out on this sinking ship,” wrote one user. “So we’re ditching Telegram?” asked another.

“Every time we have a success against one of them, they learn, they adapt, they modify,” said Don Robinson, who as an FBI agent conducted infiltration operations against white supremacists. “Extremists can simply pick up and move to a new platform once they are de-platformed for content abuses. This leaves law enforcement and intelligence agencies playing an endless game of Whac-a-Mole to identify where the next threat may be coming from.”

Wisconsin GOP Mayor Carts Off Town’s Ballot Drop Box

This is totally illegal.  It is voting interference that tRump keep claiming the democrats are doing.  Yet we see which party is purging voter rolls, doing over the top gerrymandering to make sure only they can win, restricting early voting, restricting mail in ballots, making voting in person harder with aggressive poll watchers challenging any person of color who goes to vote.   This man doesn’t like drop boxes and even though the supreme court of the state made it legal he just decided to steal the box before it could be locked down.  Even though the elections supervisor’s office is the one with the authority to approve their use and had done so.  Another republican who thinks the laws and rules do not apply to them. This is such preformative for the camera / clicks action.  Notice how he dressed up for it.  Also note he is holding the box hostage in his office.  Plus no one had put ballots in it because it was closed and locked and due to be locked down that very morning. Hugs.  Scottie

The Washington Post reports:

A years-long fight over voting rules in the swing state of Wisconsin sparked a criminal investigation this week after a mayor — wearing a hard hat and Department of Public Works jacket — carted off a ballot drop box the city clerk was about to make available to voters.

The mayor, who was elected in the spring with the help of the Republican Party, said he moved the drop box to his office Sunday because he believed the city council should decide whether the city should use it.

The Wausau drop box was placed outside of city hall late last week, and the clerk planned to have it secured to the ground so that it could be used starting Monday, according to city officials. It was locked, and voters could not place ballots inside while it was awaiting installation, City Clerk Kaitlyn Bernarde said.

The Wausau Pilot reports

City Council President Lisa Rasmussen had sharp words for the mayor and is now asking for a public apology. She also suggested Diny could face significant consequences for his actions and said she is not aware of “issues” that would explain the removal.

“I have huge concerns about this behavior, as there is no place for elected officials to manage, alter or tamper with drop boxes, whether they agree with their use or not,” Rasmussen told Wausau Pilot.

“I have voiced my concerns to the mayor about his conduct, and requested he return the box and issue a public apology to the clerk and the community, as his actions violate the public trust and likely also the law.”

We’re going to see a lot more of this.

You’ve heard of constitutional sheriffs?

Get ready for constitutional mayors.

Republicans are now literally stealing ballot boxes.

Boy, republicans sure are scared of voters voting…

If you can’t win the vote, block voting.

Trump proved that if you do it overtly, it’s not a crime. Well, not a prosecutable one, anyway.

The cops probably support this action

They don’t even hide the hatred of fellow citizens and the blatant voter suppression anymore, they make a public spectacle out of it. Makes me really hate people. My sister is one of those people and we haven’t spoken since she first cast her vote for Trump and then in the same breath told me she voted for gay marriage in our state (MN) as if it was a get out jail free card and that I should be appeased since she gave me a crumb.

I have never understood the concern about drop boxes at all. If voters don’t use a ballot drop box, they will just use a postal mail box which is no more or less secure. Why do they think (without evidence) that you can “stuff” a drop box but couldn’t also “stuff” a mail box? They are crazy. I think they just hope that with a mail box, Louis DeJoy can fck up the delivery and make them late

“drop boxes bad” = another lie from the Dumputin script, therefore gospel truth to the kkkult

Haitian group seeks criminal charges vs. Trump, Vance in Springfield court filing

News By Jessica Orozco Updated 41 minutes ago

The Haitian Bridge Alliance filed a bench memorandum and supporting affidavit in Clark County Municipal Court on Tuesday, asking local authorities to charge former President Donald Trump and Sen. JD Vance with multiple criminal offenses related to claims they made about Springfield’s Haitian community.

The memorandum was filed by Guerline Jozef on behalf of the national nonprofit the Haitian Bridge Alliance (HBA), asking a Municipal Court judge to charge Vance and Trump with disrupting public services, making false alarms, two counts of complicity, two counts of telecommunications harassment and aggravated menacing.

The filing asks that the court find probable cause for the charges and issue arrest warrants for Trump and Vance.

Under Ohio law, a private citizen seeking to “cause an arrest or prosecution” can file an affidavit with “a reviewing official” — a judge, prosecuting attorney or magistrate — to have them review the facts and decide if a complaint should be filed.

Springfield Mayor Rob Rue said Tuesday afternoon that while the city recognizes the serious nature of the allegations, “it is important to allow the legal process to unfold.” He said it is “critical that we’re sensitive to these issues like immigration” and are grounded in facts.

“Springfield remains dedicated to fostering constructive dialogue and addressing concerns with integrity,” Rue said. “Springfield’s priority continues to be the wellbeing of our residents, including the Haitian immigrant community. Any actions that disrupt public services or spread false alarms are taken seriously and we’ll continue to uphold our commitment to protect public order.”

This bench memorandum and affidavit comes through The Chandra Law Firm in Cleveland, and according to its website, Jozef, the HBA’s co-founder and executive director, is seeking Trump and Vance’s immediate arrest for:

  • Disrupting public service “by causing widespread bomb and other threats that resulted in massive disruptions to the public services;”
  • Making false alarms “by knowingly causing alarm in the Springfield community by continuing to repeat lies that state and local officials have said were false;”
  • Telecommunications harassment “by spreading claims they know to be false during the presidential debate, campaign rallies, nationally televised interviews, and social media;”
  • Aggravated menacing “by knowingly making intimidating statements with the intent to abuse, threaten, or harass the recipients, including Trump’s threat to deport immigrants who are here legally to Venezuela, a land they have never known” and “by knowingly causing others to falsely believe that members of Springfield’s Haitian community would cause serious physical harm to the person or property of others in Springfield;”
  • Complicity “by conspiring with one another and spreading vicious lies that caused innocent parties to be parties to their various crimes.”

“Because the prosecuting attorney has not yet acted to protect the community and hold Trump and Vance accountable for what they have instigated, Ms. Jozef asks the court to find probable cause based on the facts presented and issue arrest warrants for both Trump and Vance,” the law firm stated. “The prosecuting attorney then must make a public decision about whether that office stands for the rule of law — or whether it will further coddle Trump and Vance with complete inaction.”

Subodh Chandra, Jozef’s lead counsel, said in a statement that the Haitian community is “suffering in fear” due to Trump and Vance’s “relentless, irresponsible, false alarms, and public services have been disrupted.” Chandra said the two politicians “must be held accountable to the rule of law,” claiming that others who “have wreaked havoc” would have been arrested already.

“They think they’re above the law. They’re not,” Chandra said.

Trump campaign communications director Steven Cheung didn’t comment directly on the court filing, but said that Trump is “rightfully highlighting the failed immigration system that Kamala Harris has overseen, bringing thousands of illegal immigrants pouring into communities like Springfield and many others across the country.” (snip-More)

Yikes-bribery

I read/saw this on:

“the press is failing us — just when we need them the most by Jeff Tiedrich” Read on Substack . It’s a worthy read, and this bit is at the very end.

finally, here’s another thing Donny did yesterday. at grocery store photo op, he pulled out a hundred-dollar bill and handed it to a prospective voter.

what a guy, huh? by the way, there’s a word for handing cash to a voter. that word is briberybut it’s all in a day’s work for America’s Con-Artist-in-Chief.

Within the above is a link to the below on Threads, but I’ve copied the text here:

It is illegal for a presidential candidate, or any candidate, to hand out cash to voters in the U.S.

Offering money or any form of valuable consideration in exchange for a vote is considered bribery and violates federal election laws.

The Federal Election Campaign Act and related laws prohibit this type of conduct to ensure elections are free and fair.

Both the person offering the bribe and the person receiving it could face legal consequences.

No Matter-

This comes highly recommended.
