    1. Hello Nan. Most normal people would call it beef. But long ago I was reading a story and they called it roasted beast. I thought that was great, specially since when I worked on the farm there were a few times I called the cattle beasts and even worst things. 😁🤣😂🤷‍♂️😜 Hugs
