Cultist GOP House Candidate: Christians Are “Here To Take Over” America In The Name Of Jesus [VIDEO]

This nation was founded on the fact that Jesus is the messiah.
“We’re here to take over, God help me. We’re here to take over. We’re here to take over!” – House candidate and pastor Mark Burns, at a QAnon rally this weekend.

Please go to the link above for the short article and the video. This is the Christian nationalism that is not hidden anymore but right out in the open. Saddly Mr Burns above doesn’t understand that as soon as his religion takes over he goes to the back of the bus. Hugs

  1. One of the things that really bothers me about stuff like this is the number of people who are sincere Christians, yet they are totally unaware that these forces are at work. I have family members who “believe in God” but for them, it’s simply a way of living. I feel quite certain they don’t have a clue about the dangers of “Christian Nationalism.”

      1. I think those are both great points. There are everyday people who are religious to different degrees that do not use their religion as a cudgel or expect everyone else to follow their church doctrines. These people don’t get upset at happy holidays or shocked to see a symbol of a different religion. They are living their lives with out trying to take over the government for their god.

But their religion has been hijacked. Plus for many of them there are parts of their holy book that are very savage that they may not be really aware of. They really have a different sect of the faith than the Christian Nationalist, who most don’t know or understand the bible either.

I remember after 9/11 and during the early parts of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq TV hosts and in print people would ask “where are the moderate Muslims”? And follow that up with the demand that the Moderate Muslims rise up against the radical Islamist, that they go to war against their other sects to please the white aggrieved nation full of religious thugs from the radical extremes of their own preferred religion. I have never seen the other side of that even though I have asked. No one on TV or a major publication demands that moderate Christians rise in war against the sects using their religion to attack everyone who doesn’t follow the doctrines as demanded. Yes some Christians do defend the groups attacked and I am glad for their help. But it not being done at the leadership levels, not coordinated between different sects. I think if that happened it would make people notice. It would make it clear it is not Christianity trying to take over, but a radical politicalized sect using their religion as an excuse to force their will on others. Hugs

Coordination? Between the different sects? Surely you jest! They can’t even agree on scripture, let alone recognize the dangers of Christian Nationalism!

Very good, Scottie. I have never understood black people worshipping a decidedly ultra-white god. It looks to me like they would prefer Islam over the one that enslaved them. But what do I know? I once tried to be a Christian myself. But as Nan said, the religion I belonged to had no relationship whatsoever to the Christian nationalists. I don’t think they are totally ignorant of what is going on in other parts of the religious community, but where would they turn to restore authority.

Katherine Stewart reported on their intentions in “The Good News Club”. They are of the opinion that Jesus cannot return until they, the church, have put all nations under them. It is a scary proposition. These assholes would first have to subdue America. That is why they sucked up so hard to Trump. They saw him as their best chance, and he gave them the Supreme Court they wanted and they named him God’s Man for America.

There is a saying around the poker table, “come big or stay home.” I have a feeling that a few of our military leaders refused to respond to someone’s orders. Someone underestimated the grit and dedication of our military personnel. The insurrection failed because they became too anxious. They left some boxes unchecked, exposing the intellectual shortcomings of a bunch of maggots.

    1. Hello Cagjr. I knew about the evangelicals believing that all the Jews need to be gathered back to Israel before Jesus could come back. I did not know that there was people that believe the entire world has to be Christian for the return of their god. But it makes sense. Religions are all about controlling the masses and moving the money from the base to the upper levels of leadership. The entire idea of getting kids really young is to try to indoctrinate them deeply so they will stay in the church and tithe and repeat the cycle. Nothing is as important to most religions than the money. Look at most of the religions and they claim their god is the wealthiest and their heaven has the most precious metals. All things humans value. But then they turn around and beg the people for more money? God must have a serious debt problem for all the money he needs. Hugs

      1. There may be some who think everyone must be Christian before Jesus returns, but I don’t think this is what cagjr meant. Based on the belief of many, Jesus will come back in the sky to collect his personal “friends” (the rapture), but the ones left will be “turned over to sin” and live in depravity. Eventually (at the end of 1000 years!!), a Ruler will arise (the Anti-Christ) to run the world and that’s when all the “saints” and Jesus will return to set things right in the world.

        Or so they say.

    1. Hey Cagjr. For me I have such a negative view of religion that I expect the worst and lump them all together. Nan’s reminder that not all religious people are the problem is a good reminder for me. I still think they are deluding themselves about a supernatural deity but they are not hurting anyone so I shouldn’t be so quick to judge them. Hugs
