    1. Hello Nan. Yes. But in this case it was more local issues, the banks ran out of money but not the government. Putin had years to build up a stock pile of US and other countries money. So it will take a while for him to deplete it. But already the Ruble is way down, and the Russian ability to borrow or finance is almost cut off. Hopefully this hurts the oligarch and wealthy and not the poor average Russian.
