  1. Nah. This is more that “both sides” stuff that NYT, et al. do. I read about it earlier from Judd Legum, Ken White, and Thom Hartmann. Ken White: https://popehat.substack.com/p/people-are-lying-to-you-about-the ;
    Judd Legum: https://popular.info/p/the-biggest-misconception-about-trumps

    I don’t still have the Thom Hartmann one, I’m sorry. But he covers it well. Anytime something like this comes up on mainstream, I check with someone like these people and Joyce Vance, or Teri Kanefield, and they manage to dispel the clouds. Trump isn’t anymore powerful than anyone else, as to changing what’s of record and what each of us saw and know we saw. This is a thing now, slowly as it may seem to be going.

    1. Hello Ali. I am confused by your comment. I read your links. To me they say the same as your links do, only they say more about how trumps attempt to delay and confuse the issues is so confusing. Which is true. All three tell the truth about the seriousness of what trump did and how it clearly was illegal. And all three show how trump and his supporters in congress / media are trying to confuse and shift blame from trump to the Biden Department of Justice. Did I miss something? The post I referred to was on MSNBC not the NYT. Hugs

      1. Right, it is MSNBC. They and NYT are sort of all in it together. If they can obfuscate and discourage people, that’s what they’re after. What I’m saying is that this is the time to remain calm and in focus, not to let regular media discourage us. We’ve gone a long time waiting for things to happen, and now they are happening. These media are merely trying to keep eyes and ears by putting commentary prior to truth, because they know so many people won’t bother to get down to the bottom, or view until the end, they’ll read the first couple grafs, maybe the last, and walk away thinking maybe they should just not vote.
        I get POd about that. I mean no aspersion to your blog, which does give complete news. Thank you for the hugs; I just got in from dragging storm debris out to the alley, so it can be picked up. What a mess, as I know you’re still working on over there, too.

        1. Ah, now I understand what you were saying. No worries, I was not offended, I was confused. I agree that the media wants to create controversy and that by framing can either make it seem nothing will happen to trump and his fellow criminals or make it seem that the democrats are as bad as the republicans.

          We are pretty much done with debris personally. There are still homes badly torn up and areas that need cleaning up. We are waiting for the roofing company to come do the new over roof, and we have to fix all the inside damage. Are you in a part of the country expecting these bad storms this coming week? Hugs

          1. Well, I hope not. There will be some weather coming over this way in a couple of days, but it appears the timing and area won’t make it as bad as it was over the weekend. So far, anyway!
