    1. It will depend upon the context of the postings. The names were on the indictment, but not the addresses. It is unfortunate, unless there is security set up beforehand, that if crimes are being planned but no threats being made, a crime may have to be attempted before the poster(s) can be prosecuted.

I was certain, after I read the indictment when it was first released and saw the names, that this was going to happen. I was hoping it wouldn’t, just due to the fact that everyone would be watching for it. It’s still ugly.

      1. Hey Nan and Ali. The names of the grand Jurors is public. So that part is not illegal to reproduce. The addresses associated with those names is also in the public domain so it is not illegal to list them publicly. Now how and in what context you post their names and addresses can cross the line from legal to illegal. In other words. It is legal for Nan to post my name and addresses including my emails on her blog including my phone number. It would be illegal to do so and try to incite her “known violent followers” to doing me harm. Just as in the movies the bad guys never make direct threats but say things like “Nice shop you have here, it would be a shame if something bad were to happened to it”. Hugs
