Is privacy a thing for public servants performing a public duty? It’ll be interesting to see what the court does with that. Obviously, since they’re suing, there’s nothing criminal in what Martin did. Hmm.

Hi Ali. The courts have already ruled that filming of police in public areas as long as it doesn’t interfere with what they are doing is legal. This is a clear case of revenge. The police tried hard to harass a black guy, he stood up for his rights by pointing it out and the ridiculous lengths they went to inconvenience him. So when he made the posts showing their racist bias they are lashing out. Police like that wouldn’t have done that to a white guy. Those police do not want to serve, they want to rule. The worse crime a person can commit in the eyes of the police is to disrespect the police and not immediately obey their orders. Hugs. Scottie
